Need to pause your glow? Freezing your Mystic Membership is easy.

Scroll down to “The White Bubble” on bottom right and follow the prompts

Ensure your name and phone number match your account profile exactly

It will text you a code to verify your account. You MUST Verify account first before being able to proceed with your request.
You may also email us or text our business line to request a freeze. Please include:

The date you’d like the freeze to begin

The number of months you’d like to freeze (up to 12 months max)
Important: We require a 7-day written notice prior to your draft date to process a freeze request.

Freeze periods run draft date to draft date

You may unfreeze at any time by paying a prorated amount

Verbal freeze requests are not accepted

There is a $5.50 freeze fee, that goes into your In-Store Account for future membership payments or for lotions/upgrades. The fee comes out on your normal draft day.

Doing a freeze locks in your price point if we increase prices and keeps you from paying another sign-up fee.

We're sad to see you go, but canceling your membership is just as easy:

You can also stop by the salon to complete a cancellation form in person.
